Tell Me More
Insurance is big.
Without insurance, much of what we take for granted in our life would not be worth the risk. From going on vacation, to driving your car, to music festivals, hockey games and the health and safety of the fans, almost every aspect of these activities are insured.
Job security. Opportunity to move up.
Because every person and every business needs some kind of insurance, you can imagine things are pretty busy in the insurance industry and we are always looking to hire new people. The insurance industry is actually one of the few industries where recruitment has not been negatively affected by the economic recession. In fact, there are more jobs available now to insurance professionals than qualified applicants! That’s why we need you!
You do not require post-secondary education to start working in insurance. All you need to do is study and pass a “Level 1” Insurance course and you are ready to enter the insurance world! For some people, this can be achieved in as little as 30 days! There are many diverse opportunities for talented people to build a successful career... so what are you waiting for?
This is where the scholarship part comes in.
The Canadian Insurance Scholarship Program is made possible with generous sponsors who believe in education and the insurance industry. With their sponsorship, they have made this Level 1 training course absolutely FREE for successful scholarship applicants! This means that you can take this course, write the exam and become a qualified insurance professional and it will cost you nothing! You can start work, collect a real pay check and begin an exciting, dynamic career right away!
The course you need to take is in online, interactive video format – so no overwhelming textbooks to flip through. This means you can study whenever you want, at your own pace, and you can review the content as often as you like. The course also provides practice questions for you to review – the questions are taken right from the exam! If you put the time in to study the video course and do well on your practice questions, you should be successful in your final exam.
We want you to succeed, so we will be with you every step of the way through your study period, your exam, job seeking and continuing education and professional development. We understand that a new career can sometimes be daunting, and often ‘where do I start’ is the question people need help with. We will lead you from one step to the next in your process to become an insurance professional.
This is how it works.
